Store Pick Up/Collection
Tiny Nest offers an option to collect your item in store avoiding any postage charges for those of you who live in or around Kapunda. You will be notified once your item has been packed and is ready for you to collect. Please ensure you check the store opening times before collecting.
Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty then please advise us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery via email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item and a copy of the invoice.
Our office will reply within 24 hours regarding the options to return the order. Once we receive the items back for inspection, our office will contact you regarding a refund or replacement item. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
