For all items currently in-stock, we will ship within 3 business days. Any special orders or items that are out of stock then we will contact you via email to advise of estimated shipping dates & stock availability etc.

Store Pick up/Collection $0

 Please ensure you note the correct and full postal address when completing your order. If the incorrect postal address is supplied, Tiny Nest is not responsible to track or replace your order.

 

Store Pick Up/Collection

Tiny Nest offers an option to collect your item in store avoiding any postage charges for those of you who live in or around Kapunda. You will be notified once your item has been packed and is ready for you to collect. Please ensure you check the store opening times before collecting.

 

RETURNS

Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty then please advise us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery via email tinynest@live.com.au with a photo of the damaged item and a copy of the invoice.

Our office will reply within 24 hours regarding the options to return the order. Once we receive the items back for inspection, our office will contact you regarding a refund or replacement item. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to apply for a product exchange, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order via email tinynest@live.com.au

Our office will contact you within 24 hours regarding options to return the items. Any returned items must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or packaging & ensure that any tags or labels are still intact, along with a copy of the invoice. Once we receive your items back we will contact you regarding exchange options.

We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will incur shipping fees.

Please note that for any items purchased on sale, clearance or special discount we cannot offer an exchange, or refund, so please choose carefully. Also no exchanges can be made on earrings, food products, body products, baby teethers & gift cards.
